, 47, of Red Hook, was arrested on Jan. 18 at 6pm and charged with driving under the influence of both drugs and alcohol, a misdemeanor, after he was involved in a one-car rollover accident on Stone Church Road in Rhinebeck, according to a state police report. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in court at a later date.
