, 47, of Rhinebeck was arrested June 10 and charged with one count of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor according to Rhinebeck Police. He was arraigned in Village of Rhinebeck Court and sent to Dutchess County Jail with a bail of $2,500 and issued tickets to appear in court.
