Hawcroft, 20, both of Red Hook, were arrested on South Broadway in the Village of Red Hook June 11 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, according to Red Hook police. Brescia was also charged with possession of alcohol under 21 years of age, a violation, and failing to stop at a stop sign. The disposition of their cases was not reported.
