Red Hook man charged with theft of Milan firehouse gas can

, 44, of Red Hook, was arrested July 12 in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. The report said that had reportedly stolen bottled water and a five-gallon plastic gasoline can from the Milan Volunteer Fire Department where he was a volunteer. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
