<textimage>Dean Hanniford</textimage>, 24, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested July 25 at 11:21am in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with possession of counterfeit currency, a felony; operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to a State Police report. He was arraigned in Town of Rhinebeck Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
