The Red Hook police department is reporting on its website that there have been several vehicle break-ins during the beginning of December.
The suspects involved are not only entering vehicles that are left unlocked; they are also smashing windows out of vehicles, the police notice reports.
“Please do not keep anything valuables in your vehicles especially around the holidays!!” the report adds.
