, 42, of New York City, was arrested Jan. 11 in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with the driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or higher, both misdemeanor, and driving with one headlight out and failing to dim the other, both infractions, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
