Red Hook girls basketball almost took a huge game before they fell 46-43 to Wallkill, the top-ranked Class A girls basketball team in the state, per the New York Sportswriters Association. The Lady Raiders had an opportunity to tie the game with a three in the final seconds, but it did not sink. Julianne Wilkinson led all scorers with 17 points.
Red Hook boys basketball managed to topple Wallkill, 73-43.
