The Red Hook boys weren’t the only Raider team that grabbed a huge win on Feb. 4. Behind a 35 point night from Julianne Wilkinson, Red Hook dismantled the Rondout Lady Ganders on the road, 71-35.
Rhinebeck boys basketball didn’t fare too well on Feb. 4, when they fell at home to Coleman. Despite keeping things tight with Coleman, the Section 9, Class D division leader, Rhinebeck fell 63-58. Hunter Brandt and Nick Hoynes tied for the Rhinebeck scoring lead with 12 apiece.
Roosevelt boys basketball managed a win over visiting division opponent Wallikill on Feb. 4, beating the Panthers 76-53 behind Ishmael Chisholm’s 22 points.
Roosevelt girls basketball fell to Wallkill on the road on Feb. 4, 53-45; Roosevelt’s Heather Kiczek had 12 points for the Lady Presidents.
