, 44, of Hyde Park, was arrested Feb. 5 in Hyde Park and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment by physical contact, a violation, in an incident involving an alleged altercation between neighbors that violated a court order of protection, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued appearance tickets for court.
