, 31, of Livingston, was arrested Jan. 31 in the Town of Livingston and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child and one prior conviction, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a first offense and misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. He was remanded to Columbia County Jail.
