Wappingers Falls man charged with December Hyde Park burglary

, 45, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested in connection with a December burglary in Hyde Park after a lengthy investigation by the Hyde Park Police Detective Division.

On Dec. 5, Hyde Park Police received a complaint that equipment worth $12,990 was stolen from Expediant Environmental Solutions on Albany Post Rd. According to the report, Expediant said someone entered a locked storage barn and stole two heaters and other items. The investigation eventually led to , who was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny, both felonies, and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned in Hyde Park Justice Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail without bail.
