, 59, of Hyde Park, was arrested Feb. 27 in Hyde Park and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, in a case involving a reported $10 beer theft from Park Beverage on Albany Post Rd, according to a Hyde Park Police report. He was processed and issued tickets to appear in court.
