ATV driver charged with felony DWI

, 28, of Clinton Corners, was arrested July 8 in Pleasant Valley and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all felonies due to prior convictions; operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, a misdemeanor; and operating an ATV on a highway, operating an unregistered ATV, and operating an ATV without a helmet, all infractions, according to a Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office report. While on patrol, a deputy sheriff reportedly observed an ATV traveling south on North Avenue. He pursued and stopped the ATV at the Roadhouse Tavern. was released on tickets to appear in court.
