Filling Molinaro’s Assembly seat no easy task

POUGHKEEPSIE — When state Assemblyman Marc Molinaro becomes Dutchess County executive on Jan. 1, it will be up to Gov. Andrew Cuomo to call a special election to fill the state legislative seat.
