Red Hook Town Clerk Sue McCann was recently awarded the New York State Town Clerks Association’s (NYSTCA) certification as a Registered Municipal Clerk. The award recognizes the professional competency in fulfilling the duties of office and, according to the NYSTCA, is granted only after an applicant has demonstrably met the stringent education and experience requirements established by the association.
