Public hearing set for storage-on-farm appeal

TLC Acreage representative Mitchell Bodian, who owns 210-214 Oriole Mills Road, has asked for an interpretation of the town code on whether storage should be permitted on a farm. The application follows an order by the town’s Zoning Enforcement Officer Bob Fennell to cease use of the property for commercial dishwashing and storing party rental equipment and supplies. Bodian was not at the ZBA’s Aug. 8 meeting, but the board set a public hearing on the issue for its Sept. 12 meeting at 7pm at Red Hook Town Hall. (Town of Red Hook Zoning Board of Appeals)
