A public hearing on a proposal to build an 11-lot clustered subdivision on a 100-acre parcel off Feller Newmark Road will be held at the Aug. 20 planning board meeting at Red Hook Town Hall at 7:30pm. The entrance to the proposed development, to be called The Preserve, would be a private road located between 355 and 369 Feller Newmark Road. (Red Hook Planning Board)
