Realtor Paul Hallenbeck has applied to convert his 10 Oak St. property from an office/apartment to a two-family dwelling. According to Hallenbeck, the property currently has an office on the first floor with an apartment on the second and his goal is to convert the office into a second apartment. At the Aug. 7 meeting, the board asked for updated plans that show four off-street parking spaces as required by the zoning. This application will return to the planning board at a future meeting.
