, 25, a resident of Pine Plains was arrested by Red Hook police on Oct. 7 on East Market St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and having an expired registration, a violation. He was processed and released on tickets to appear in the Village of Red Hook court at a later date.
