Red Hook resident arrested on aggravated DWI charges

, 20, a resident of Red Hook, was arrested by Red Hook police on Oct. 14. According to the Red Hook police, they found and his vehicle on Rokeby Road, after being informed by Dutchess County 911 of a vehicle traveling northbound out of Hyde Park that had struck a guard rail and was unable to maintain its lane. was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with .18 percent or more blood alcohol level, and driving while intoxicated, all misdemeanors. He was processed and released on tickets to appear in Town of Red Hook court at a later date.
