, 19, of Schenectady, was arrested in Red Hook on Dec. 22 at 11:19pm and charged with assault in the 2nd degree, a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, stemming from a domestic violence incident, according to a state police report. He was booked and released on cash bail.
