was driving eastbound on Route 308 in the Town of Rhinebeck, when troopers stopped him for failing to maintain his lane. According to the state police, failed all field sobriety tests and was arrested and processed at the Rhinebeck State Police Barracks. He was released on tickets to appear in court at a later date.
