New York State Senator Terry GipsonTerry Gipson was recently sworn in as NY State Senator for Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Milan and much of Dutchess County. Gipson is the first Democrat to hold the seat since Franklin Delano Roosevelt last won the seat in 1912.
