, 21, of Red Hook was arrested on March 22 at 3:51pm in the Town of Clermont and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree (a credit card), a Class E felony, and unlawful possession of personal ID, a misdemeanor, according to a state police report. His status was unknown at press time.
