, 55, of Rhinebeck, was arrested on March 15 at 10:45pm in the Village of Rhinebeck and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, according to a Rhinebeck Police report. She was processed and released with tickets to appear in court at a later date.
