Architect William Clarke, Jr. requested that village planners give the ZBA a recommendation lifting a requirement that the two homes at 127 Market St. share a single driveway. The applicants intend to construct a 2,000 square foot shared parking lot, The planning board instead gave a negative recommendation to the ZBA, stating they would prefer the single driveway and a smaller parking lot to reduce asphalt use. A public hearing was scheduled for April 18.
