, 32, of Red Hook, was arrested on April 6 at 7:35pm at his residence and charged with assault and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, as a result of a reported domestic dispute incident in which he allegedly punched his father in the face, causing an injury and destroyed property within the home, according to a Red Hook Police report. He was held in custody, and bail was set.
