The Milan Zoning Board of Appeals on May 22 approved Martin Ahlf’s request to build a new home, at 559 Spring Lake Road, to replace the one that burned down on Nov. 21, 2012. The new 1800 sq ft home would be set farther back from the property line but still use the original septic system and well.
