, 39, of Elizaville, was arrested May 30 at 7:15pm on Route 9G in Red Hook and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, according to a Red Hook police report. He was processed and arraigned in Town Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail.
