, 34, of Milan, was arrested June 21 in the Town of Red Hook and charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, as well as the infraction of speed unreasonable and prudent, according to Red Hook Police. Urbanak crashed his car into a house on Turkey Hill Road at about 10:45pm, the police report said. The home’s occupants were unhurt. There were no details on what damage was done. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in court.
