, 50, of Peekskill, was arrested June 22 at 11:15 pm in the Town of Red Hook and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, and the infraction of failing to keep right, according to Red Hook police. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in court.
