, 26, of Hyde Park, was arrested June 26 in Hyde Park and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor, for an amount over 50 grams, according to State Police, who were assisted by Hyde Park Police. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
