, 45, of Red Hook, was arrested June 29 at 7:55pm in the Town of Livingston and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as circumventing the vehicle’s interlock device, also a misdemeanor, and the infractions of failure to keep right and driving without a license, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
