, 23, of Tivoli, was arrested July 25 at 10:32pm in the Village of Red Hook and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and the infraction of speed unreasonable and prudent, according to a Red Hook Police report. He was arraigned in Village of Red Hook Court and released on his own recognizance.
