20, of Germantown, was arrested July 25 at 9:49pm in Germantown and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
