32, of Hudson, was arrested July 31 at 7:11 pm in Livingston and charged with driving while impaired with drugs in the first degree, a misdemeanor, as well as imprudent speed and failure to signal a turn, both infractions, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
