46, of Red Hook, was arrested Aug. 10 at 11:48pm in the Town of Red Hook and charged with fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, both misdemeanors; driving while ability impaired by alcohol, a violation; and traffic infractions of speeding, inadequate taillights, failure to keep right, and violating a conditional license, according to a Red Hook Police report. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in court.
