Poughkeepsie man charged with DWI in Rhinebeck

45, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Aug. 10 at 11:45pm in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. He was processed and released with tickets for a future court date.
