25, of Elizaville, was arrested Aug. 13 at 7:06pm in Livingston and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as several traffic infractions, including speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued tickets to appear in court.
