70, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested Sept. 6 in Hyde Park and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor, and trespassing, a violation, in an incident involving damage to a motor vehicle while 
was allegedly trespassing on someone else’s property, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued a ticket to appear in court.
