Felony drug/driving charge for Kinderhook woman

48, of Kinderhook, was arrested Sept. 8 in Livingston and charged with driving while impaired by drugs with a prior conviction in the last decade, a felony, also criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors, according to a State Police report. According to the report, was stopped for traffic violations on state Route 9H and appeared to be impaired by heroin. She was processed and issued a ticket to appear in court.
