51, of Hudson, was arrested Sept. 9 in the Town of Livingston and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, in an incident involving an allegedly fraudulent debit card purchase at Sears in Kingston, according to a State Police report. She was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
