67, of Rhinebeck, was arrested Sept. 9 at 7:20pm in the Village of Rhinebeck and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; he also was given tickets for aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 and driving left of pavement markings, according to a Rhinebeck Police report. He was processed and released on his own recognizance with tickets to appear in court.
