22, of Niverville, and 
19, of Palenville, were arrested Sept. 13 in the Town of Livingston and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, after they allegedly left a diner in Greenport without paying for their meal, according to a State Police report. They were processed and issued appearance tickets for court.
