29, of Copake, was arrested Sept. 15 in the Town of Red Hook and charged with driving while intoxicated with a conviction in the last decade and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 or higher, both felonies, according to a State Police report. He was held in Dutchess County Jail on $1,000 cash bail, $2,500 bond.
