32, of Pompano Beach, Fla., was arrested Sept. 15 at 12:39am in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI for a blood alcohol content of .18 or higher, both misdemeanors, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
