30, of Livingston, was arrested Sept. 20 in the Town of Livingston and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, and falsifying business records, all felonies, according to a State Police report. According to the police, a local business reported that an employee had been stealing money, and an investigation resulted in Sutton’s arrest. He was remanded to Columbia County Jail.
