62, of Hudson, was arrested Oct. 1 in the Town of Livingston and charged with sex abuse of a victim under the age of 13, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, according to a report from the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. The arrest was the result of a joint investigation with the Columbia-Green Child Advocacy Center and the Columbia County District Attorney’s office, after a report alleged had unlawful contact with a female under the age of 13. He was arraigned in Town of Livingston Court and remanded to Columbia County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond bail.
