Red Hook man charged with DWI

24, of Red Hook, was arrested Sept. 28 at 12:30am in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .09, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. The report stated that troopers observed exiting a gas station store, apparently drunk. When he tried to leave in a vehicle, he was stopped by police who administered sobriety tests. was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
